2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of its processing:

 

a) When visiting the website

Each time a user accesses the contents of our website www.holzer-gruppe.com the browser used on your computer will automatically transmit data to the server of our website. Such data are temporarily stored in so-called server log files. The following data are hereby collected without any action on your part and be stored until the automated erasure:

 

  • IP address of the of the accessing computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which the site was accessed (Referrer-URL),
  • Used browser and the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

 

These data are processed by us for the following purpose:

 

  • Enabling a smooth connection establishment of the website.
  • Enabling a comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluation of the system security and stability
  • Additional administrative reasons.

 

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 1st para. p. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interests results from the above listed purposes for data processing. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose to trace your personal identification. Moreover, we use cookies when you visit our website as well as analysis services. In the event of any questions, we offer you the possibility to contact us by using a form available on the website. To apply, the specification of a valid e-mail address is required so that we become aware who is the sender of the query and we are able to reply. Additional information may be submitted on a voluntary basis. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place according to Art. 6, 1st para. S1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your consent given on a voluntary basis. The personal data collected by us within the framework of the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the completion of the query submitted by you.

 

3. Disclosure of data

 

Your personal data are not disclosed to any third party other than for the purposes set out below. We will disclose your personal data to third parties only if:

 

  • You have given your explicit consent under Art. 6, 1st para. S. 1 lit a GDPR,

5. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies do not cause any damage on your computer and they do not contain any viruses, trojan or other malware. Based on Art. 6, 1st para. S. 1 lit. f GDPR, we use on our website Social Plus-ins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in order to raise more awareness about our company. The promotional purpose behind is to be considered as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for the data protection compliant operation shall be guaranteed by the corresponding provider. The integration of these plug-ins by us is carried out by way of the so-called double-click-method in order to provide the best possible protection for the visitors of our website.

 

a) Facebook

 

On our website, we use social media plug-ins of Facebook in order to personalise their use. For this purpose, we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer provided by Facebook. If you access a page on our website which contains any such plug-in, your browser will build up a direct connection to the servers of Facebook. The content of the plug-in will be directly transferred from Facebook to your browser and be integrated into the website. Plus-ins of the text message network of Twitter Inc. (Twitter) are integrated on our internet sites. The Twitter plugins (tweet buttons) can be recognized on the Twitter logo on our site. If you access a page on our website which contains any such plug-in, your browser will build up a direct connection to the servers of Twitter. Twitter receives information that you have accessed our website with your IP address. c) XING

 

Our website uses moreover the “share function” of the network XING. Provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, D- 20354 Hamburg, Germany. If you click on the XING “share button” (plug-in), you are – provided you are logged into your XING user account – redirected to your user account in a separate browser window and you can share the electronic publication stored on our website with the addition of a comment. Via the plug-in, a direct link between your browser and the XING server is created. XING will thus receive the information that you have accessed our website with your IP address. We wish to point out that we do not receive any information on the content of the transferred (personal) data or on their usage by XING. d) Google +1

 

Our websites use the so-called “+1” buttons of the social network Google+ which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. When accessing our websites with the said button, a direct link between the Google Inc. servers and your browser is created. Unfortunately, we have no control over the scope of the data which Google Inc. collects with the “+1” button. According to its own statements, Google Inc. does not collect and personal data as long as the “+1” button is not clicked. Such personal data as well as the IP address are only collected and processed from website visitors logged-in in parallel to your Google+ account. If you as Google+ member do not want Google Inc. to collect data about you via our internet website and to link this with your user account, we recommend you to log off from your Google+ account before accessing our website.

You have the right:

  • Under Art. 15 GDPR, to obtain information about your personal data being processed by us. You may in particular request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the categories of the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, the existence of the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the right to lodge a complaint, the source of information where the personal data were not collected from us as well as about an automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved;
  • Under Art. 16 GDPR, to request from us with undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of personal data stored by us;
  • Under Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of the personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary in relation to the exercise of freedom of expression and information, to compliance with a legal obligation, on grounds of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • Under Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, as far as you contest the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the personal data and we do no longer need the data, you nevertheless require them for the establishment, exercise of defence of legal claims or you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21;
  • Under Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to transmit those data to another responsible body;
  • Under Art. 7, 3rd para. GDPR, to withdraw your previously given consent at any time. This means that we are no longer allowed to go ahead with the data processing which was based on this consent; and
  • Under Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For this purpose, you can normally turn to the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work or of our company registered office.

 

10. Right of objection

 

If your personal data are processed on basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6, 1st para. S. 1 lit f GDPR, you have the right to object to processing your personal data in case that there are grounds relating to your particular situation or if the objection relates to direct marketing purposes. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection which shall be implemented by us without specification of a particular situation. 11. Data security

 

Within the visit of the website, we use the widely-used SSL technology (secure socket layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption that is supported by your browser. This is normally a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support a 256-but encryption, we use the 128-bit v3 technology. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the closed display of the key or lock symbol at the bottom of your browser.

 

Otherwise, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against

unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously updated according to technological developments.
